The Gold Syndicate — Legal

Terms of Use

Last updated: 19 October 2026

These terms govern your use of the The Gold Syndicate website. By using this site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. About this site

This site is operated by The Gold Syndicate. It describes a private gold trading desk and the execution technology used to mirror desk instructions into client-owned MetaTrader 5 accounts. The Gold Syndicate is an execution and technology provider. It is not a bank, fund, collective investment scheme, custodian, investment manager or financial adviser.

Nothing on this site is an offer of securities, a personal recommendation, investment advice, or a solicitation to trade. Any decision to trade is yours alone.

2. Access

Access to the desk and the Auto Suite is by application and approval. Submitting a request does not create a contract or guarantee access. We may refuse, suspend or withdraw access where the service cannot be provided lawfully, where the account does not meet the eligibility requirements, or where these terms are breached.

3. No custody of client funds

The Gold Syndicate never holds, pools, receives or transfers client capital. Your trading account, deposits and withdrawals remain with your own broker, in your own name. We have no authority over your broker account and cannot withdraw from it.

4. Use of content

5. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the site and the execution service available, but we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of them at any time. Software, connectivity and market conditions can interrupt execution. We are not liable for interruption, delay, error or omission except where the law does not allow us to exclude that liability.

6. Risk

Trading leveraged gold products carries a high risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. You can lose more than the capital committed. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Automation does not remove risk and does not guarantee execution at a particular price. Read the Risk Disclosure before applying.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site, reliance on its content, or trading decisions you make — including trading losses, which remain entirely your own responsibility. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page is the current one. Questions about these terms should be directed to the private access desk through the request form on this site.
