The Gold Syndicate — Legal
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 19 October 2026
This policy explains what information this website collects, why it is collected, where it is stored and what rights you have. It applies to the The Gold Syndicate website and the private access request.
1. Who we are
This site is operated by The Gold Syndicate. We are not a broker and we do not hold client trading funds. Trading accounts, deposits and withdrawals are managed by your own broker under that broker's own terms and privacy policy.
2. What we collect
- Access request details: the name, email address, country of residence, broker, capital range, experience level and any note you submit through the private access form.
- Consent records: the fact and time of your cookie consent choice.
- Analytics events: after consent, anonymised page views and button clicks. Form values are never recorded in analytics.
- Technical data: standard server logs required to operate and secure the site.
We do not request or accept passwords, broker credentials, card numbers, bank details, wallet keys or any other secret through this site.
3. Why we collect it
- To review and respond to a private access request.
- To assess eligibility, jurisdiction and fit for the service.
- To operate, secure and improve the website (analytics, only with consent).
- To meet legal and regulatory obligations that apply to us.
4. Where data is stored
Access requests are stored by our hosting and notification providers in a restricted lead record. Consent and analytics preferences are stored in your own browser. We retain access requests only for as long as needed to review the application and maintain a record of the decision, unless a longer period is required by law.
5. Third parties
- Hosting and infrastructure providers that operate this site.
- Notification providers used to route an access request to the desk.
- Your own broker, only if you choose to continue an onboarding process with them. Their privacy policy then applies.
We do not sell personal data. We do not share access requests with advertisers.
6. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port the personal data we hold about you, and to withdraw consent for analytics at any time. To exercise a right, submit a request through the private access desk and identify the email address you used. We will respond within the timeframes required by law.
7. Contact
Privacy requests are handled through the private access desk. This site deliberately does not publish a public support address; use the request form and mark the note as a privacy request.
