The Gold Syndicate — Legal
Affiliate Disclosure
Last updated: 19 October 2026
This page explains, plainly, how The Gold Syndicate may be compensated when an approved client chooses to open or maintain a trading account with a broker introduced by the Syndicate.
1. The relationship
The Gold Syndicate may act as an introducing partner to one or more independent brokers. If an approved client opens and funds an account through an introduction made by the Syndicate, the broker may pay the Syndicate a referral or affiliate payment. The Syndicate is not the broker, is not owned by the broker, and does not hold client funds.
2. What it means for you
- The referral payment comes from the broker, not from your account.
- It does not change the spreads, commissions, margin or other terms the broker offers you.
- Your broker relationship, deposits and withdrawals remain between you and the broker.
- You are free to use any broker; access to the desk may depend on the account being compatible with the Auto Suite.
3. Independence
The Syndicate's desk decisions and published material are independent of any broker. A referral relationship does not make the Syndicate responsible for a broker's products, execution, solvency, regulation or conduct.
4. Questions
If you want to know whether a specific introduction carries a referral payment before you act, ask the private access desk. We will identify the relationship before you open an account.
